    It uses 100% high-grade plum fruits cultivated without pesticides in Xinyi Township, Nantou, Taiwan. The climate where plum gardens grow is above 800 meters above sea level, with a large temperature difference between day and night, and often clouds and mist all year round. The plums grown in this climate have firm flesh, sufficient acidity, and a rich fruity aroma.

    Umesashi plum wine is brewed according to the ancient method of making new wine, with one layer of plum fruit and one layer of sugar. The brewed plum wine must go through the process of one turn, two clarifications and three filtrations to produce a bottle of plum wine with clear quality and delicious taste. The low-temperature fermentation and brewing process of plum wine takes at least 180 days to fully mature the aroma of plums and completely preserve the flavor of plums.

    Meishi insists on not adding any artificial flavors, colors, or sour agents. The plum growth process is carefully selected, and the plum garden planting and management are based on the management standards of not using general chemical control agents. And the plums are brewed with ripe plums, so the plum aroma will be sufficient.
